The Market Conditions Addendum to the URAR, 1004mc, is a required appraisal addendum for all appraisal reports with an effective date on or after 4/1/09. This course provides an overview of the purpose of the addendum, explains each section including calculations and trends, and clarifies the correlation of the sections of the addendum to the appropriate sections of the 1004, Uniform Residential Appraisal Report. This course is module 9 of the Analyzing the SFR Appraisal. |
