In the “Forgot Your Password Feature” box, enter the email address you submitted during registration and click “Continue”. |

Need to reprint a certificate of completion for online counseling? Borrowers must log back into the online HBE program at https://pmiohe-lcec.lrn.com/ and click on “My Report Card”. A certificate can then be viewed and printed in order to fax, mail or delivered to the lender/broker. Note: certificates can not be emailed. |
