Premium rates presented assume an owner-occupied, 30-year, conforming loan.

Monthly payment comparison includes principal, interest and MI monthly renewal premium, as appropriate.

Renewal premiums over a 5-year period are based on a constant balance for PMI and an amortizing balance for FHA.

Super Single comparison is based on Non-Refundable Plan. If coverage is cancelled or terminated under the federal Homeowners Protection Act, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Act, subject to state restrictions. For all other cancellations or terminations under the Non-Refundable Plan, there is no refund. PMI also offers a Super Single Refundable Plan. Applicable rate adjustments apply.
