Submit documents in a number of ways:
- Upload your imaged loan documents to www.pmiexpress.com. You can then track the status of submitted loans anytime.
- Upload your BlitzDocs loans directly into pmiPAPERLESS (subject to customer availability).
- Fax your loan files to your PMI Regional Operations Center using our special pmiPAPERLESS fax sheet.
pmiEXPRESSSM
pmiEXPRESS takes the contract underwriting process online, eliminating the need to print, fax or mail loan documents. It provides a secure alternative to standard email, and allows you to easily track the status of submitted loans right from your desktop.
At www.pmiexpress.com, you can:
- Securely upload DU® files to create contract underwriting records with PMI.
- Securely upload PDF and TIFF documents directly into pmiPAPERLESS® for use in underwriting and condition clearing.
- View pipeline of loans submitted to PMI.
- View underwriting status online.
- View/print/download PMI-generated documents online
(NOLA, MI Certificate).
Getting started. Go to www.pmiexpress.com and select the “sign-up form” link in the lower left of the screen. Once you receive a User ID and Password, you can then immediately search for loans in process and upload documents to initiate the underwriting process.
