No product specifics, program descriptions, rates, prices, disclosures, terms or any other language may be used without the written consent of PMI. All terms for the use of PMI’s web site shall continue to apply. You may distribute brochureware to your customers or prospects as you see fit. However, you must agree to indemnify and hold PMI harmless from any claims relating to or arising from your use. PMI retains all rights to its intellectual property with respect to the brochureware.
