- MI Pipeline: provides easy access to your most recent Mortgage Insurance requests. Sort your MI Pipeline by clicking any column heading. Save these records to a .txt file by clicking the Export button.
Perform updates on existing MI certificates:
- Loan Sales: execute a loan sale or assign a loan servicer.
- Extend Commitment Term: extend the commitment date by 3 months prior to expiration.
- Terminate: terminate a certificate.
- Reinstate: reinstate eligible certificates.
- View/print existing MI certificates: presents committed certificates in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Fax certificates:
- Fax a copy of up to five certificates to a fax location.
- The Fax Status link provides a condition of each fax request.
