What is the MI premium for my loan?
To obtain a premium quote for a loan, please refer to “Rate Quote” or contact the Regional Operations Center for your area and speak with one of our fully qualified staff members for assistance.
I have a loan that needs mortgage insurance. What do I do with it?
Your loan may be submitted to us in a variety of ways: PDQ, Quick App, or Full Doc. You will need to complete the appropriate PMI application and submit with the appropriate loan documents to one of our Regional Operations Centers.
I have a loan that needs to be contract underwritten to a specific investor’s guidelines. What do I do with it?
We underwrite loans to a wide variety of investor guidelines. Please contact your local PMI Account Manager or one of our Regional Operations Centers to determine investor eligibility.
I want to talk to an underwriter about a loan scenario. Who can I talk to?
Please contact the Regional Operations Center for your area, and one our fully qualified underwriters will be happy to assist you.
Will PMI insure my loan?

How can I get set up with PMI to insure my loan?
You will need a Master Policy with PMI. Please contact your local PMI Account Manager to provide you with a Master Policy application.
How do I get set up in pmiExpress?
If you already have a contract with PMI, just go to www.pmiexpress.com. Please contact your local PMI Account Manager or one of our Regional Operations Centers for additional assistance.
How do I get set up in ePMI?
