MAKING HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM
The Treasury's Making Home Affordable program offers assistance to homeowners by making their mortgages more affordable to help prevent the destructive impact of foreclosure on families, communities and the national economy. PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. strongly supports these efforts.

The Home Affordable Refinance (HARP) program is available to homeowners who have a solid payment history on an existing mortgage owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. This program enables qualified borrowers to refinance their loans to take advantage of today's lower mortgage rates or to refinance into a more stable mortgage product.
