PMI Claims & Default Reporting is committed to making an appropriate disposition on each claim, while maintaining our goal of preserving homeownership.

Filing Claims

Claims can be filed through one of several methods, including fax, EDI transmission, or via the Internet through our secure e-PMI® channel.

Both EDI and e-PMI allow for efficient filing directly into our claims processing system. Real-time claim status reporting is available through e-PMI and you can also upload and send electronic documents directly to us. To set up access to EDI or e-PMI, please contact our Claims department.
