Policy Servicing

PMI Policy Servicing Department is here to help with all your servicing needs. A dedicated specialist can be assigned specifically to your business to work with you and answer all questions related to billing, premium processing and policy maintenance. PMI offers flexibility in billing and reporting platforms such as EDI, XML and spreadsheet.

PMI is committed to supporting your efforts to keep homeowners in their homes -- and offers a variety of tools and resources to help you:

  • HARP:
    To initiate a HARP workout, please use the Instant Loan Modification Form.

  • Become an Approved Servicer:
    Fill out the Lender Loan Servicing Questionnaire and send to customerservice@pmigroup.com.

  • e-PMI:
    Secure online servicing makes it easy to access current policies and perform self-service functions such as:
    • Entering loan closing dates
    • Performing service transfers and loan sales
    • Terminating a certificate
    • Printing copies of certificates
    • Uploading and sending electronic documents directly to Policy Servicing
